Hi you have recently charged me for an item that the buyer renaged on a buyer ebay has suspended. The item in question is 283919920815 (Mitsubishi Truck). However you have invoiced me as if the transaction was completed. I tried several times to contact ebay, but your system is so wierd i couldn't speak to anyone. However if you re invoice me for the correct amount i am only too happy to pay what I owe.

You need to get yourself sorted out, while you can ask for cash, You CANNOT refuse Paypal and YOU ARE not allowed to put phone numbers on ads. Just read your own ad. offering payment by paypal.

If reported to ebay both of these could get you suspended.   Giving Phone Numbers is inviting off ebay deals and that means lost fees for ebay so it is not worth the risk of breaking the rules.
