Hi. I recently sold an item to Cratia

Hi

I recently sold an item to Croatis and posted it with Royal Mail on March 12 . Normal delivery is about 6 to 10 days but I expected longer as there was already a fair amount of disruption to air traffic. The destination was Zagreb and around that time Zagreb was badly damaged by an eartquake

Furhtermore the Rotal Mail website cites long delays in delivery in Croatia and due to Covid 19 no signatures are being collected

Any suggestions as to what I should do

You don't do anything unless buyer contacts you, DO NOT CONTACT BUYER.

According to RM website there are delays to postal service in Croatia, but they are still operating.

If buyer opens a case for not received, you have to deal with it at the time,

come back if this happens for advice.

You don't say if the buyer has contacted you about late delivery. If not, then do nothing, just wait and hope you hear nothing.
