Hi, I sold an item, received payment and posted, the buyer didn’t receive it and opened a case, I refunded him. He has now contacted me to say it has arrived and he wants to resend payment, how do I organise this or do I have to relist it for him to buy it again and then invoice him? Any help or advice gratefully received,
You don't relist - he already has the item. He can either send a PayPal payment to your email address, or you can send him a PayPal invoice from your PayPal account, or he can pay you by bank transfer. For the latter, you'll need to send him your bank sort code and bank account number.
hi i have the same problem and i dont know the paypal email as i am under the new ebay payment method
its all such a pain
If the transaction was cancelled on ebay you'd have to relist for them to buy again. Otherwise see if they can use the Send & Request link in their Paypal account.
