Hermes complaints

On November 30, I sent a parcel to the winner of my bidding.

The last update on the tracking number is December 4th (Delay - please allow 24 hours).

Since then I have not been able to find out what is happening with the package. Hermes only has an automatic customer contact system. All I can hear is they are working hard to get my package delivered. During this time, I had to give the money back to the buyer because he gave up the longer waiting for delivery. Today I don't have my item, £ 70 has been taken from my account for refoud.

I cannot communicate with Hermes. You cannot talk to a human in Hermes, nobody replies to your emails. Is there any way to make a complaint or should I give up and think I've lost 70 pounds. I will also add that I have purchased additional shipping insurance.

I'm disappointed.

Can someone give me good advice?

Your comments are spot-on. I had precisley the same experience last November with a small parcel to Germany from UK.

Hermes don't even reply to letters to their Operations director. Really disgustingly ignorant. I now avoid Packlink

Why do eBay use them as all they do is annoy the customers.
