Hermes complaints

On November 30, I sent a parcel to the winner of my bidding.

The last update on the tracking number is December 4th (Delay - please allow 24 hours).

Since then I have not been able to find out what is happening with the package. Hermes only has an automatic customer contact system. All I can hear is they are working hard to get my package delivered. During this time, I had to give the money back to the buyer because he gave up the longer waiting for delivery. Today I don't have my item, £ 70 has been taken from my account for refoud.

I cannot communicate with Hermes. You cannot talk to a human in Hermes, nobody replies to your emails. Is there any way to make a complaint or should I give up and think I've lost 70 pounds. I will also add that I have purchased additional shipping insurance.

I'm disappointed.

Can someone give me good advice?

I’m in the same boat as you. No update from Hermes since December 16th At a depot where the parcel (an iPad) went ‘missing’. Just ‘sorry there’s a slight delay‘.

No way to speak to a human on phone or chat. I even tried asking in their twitter page but they ignore you. They are happy to respond and retweet good news stories though. Genuine this is the worst large company I’ve ever used. Utter disgrace.
