Hello. Please can someone help with sending an item to the Czech Republic?

I have just sold an item and have been asked to send it to the Czech Republic. The item weighs less than 5kg. When researching DPD to do this delivery, they require the recipient's email address and phone number. They say this is in case they need to contact the seller to advise of delivery and for possible customs contact. The seller is unwilling to give their email address and phone number for privacy reasons.

Please can someone advise me on how to successfully arrange this delivery?

You cannot supply a carrier with a buyer's contact details without the buyer's express written permission - it would breach strict data protection laws. Carriers don't need the recipent's email address and phone number anyway. All they need is the physical address. So just leave the boxes blank, or add a string of zeros, or make something up, or add your own contact details.
