If you have lots of items to sell which are all completely identical then rather than put up one listing with the intention of making Second Chance Offers to one or more of the bidders who lost the auction, use the Advanced Selling Form to create a listing whereby a potential buyer can select the exact quantity required and then pay you the total amount owed for the desired quantity of items ordered. If, on the other hand, you have some items which are of the same type of thing but they're not all absolutely identical and there are clear differences which can be seen between each individual item then the best option would be to create an individual listing for each item.
