Just add their Ebay ID to your Blocked Bidders List, and tick the box there to block them from messaging you (Account...Site Preferences...Buyer Requirements).
No point in contact Ebay. They have many millions of members, so there is no way they can possibly deal with the thousands of abusive messages that are made every day. If the messages are or become threatening, contact the police.
