Error codes 21917236|640 returned by File Exchange

Hello everyone

I've been developing an application that exports CSV files which can then be listed on Ebay using File Exchange (https://bulksell.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?FileExchangeUploadForm&ssPageName=STRK:ME:LNLK).

To begin with, everything was working well.

However, when I started using HTML tags like p (paragraph) br (single line break) in the description filed I started receiving error codes. I didn't use any complicated tags, just very basic HTML which according to the documentation should be allowed.

The problem is that even after I've removed all HTML tags, the files have continued to fail with maybe 1 in 90 being uploaded. 

I've tried to upload smaller files or 1, 2 or 5 items, and some are listed successfully whilst others fail.

There doesn't appear to be any logic on why this is happening, I've tried to resolve the issue with the customer support team (via messages and telephone) but they haven't yet come back with an answer on what is the issue.

Has anyone else been having issues with File Exchange?
