Does anyone know how to delist an items that exceed the 30 day resolution time. Buyer not responding

I have an item (Fridge) that an ebay buyer bid for.  I have tried to contact him several times to pay for the item and then collect.  I cannot get any reply from him and I'm now well past the 30 day resolution time so cant delete anything in ebay. The buyer has NO buying or selling history for two years. If I look at the buyers details he has been a Member since: 05-Dec-18 in United Kingdom and bought and sold nothing.  HOW do I delete the item in my Ebay account. everthing i have tried to do blocks me becuase of the time this has been open. I even tried marking it sold and collected but still couldnt delete it. Also tried relisting but that blocks me. I just want to get rid of the entry !!   Someone please help
