Having said all that, are you sure you actually need to contact Ebay...? Links to absolutely everything you need to know about selling on Ebay are at the foot of any page. Plus, there's the bright green Covid-19 banner to refer to at the top of the page. If you can't find what you're looking for somewhere there, then it's likely to be because it isn't something Ebay can help you with. But someone here will be able to tell you if that's the case or not.
