Customer has used all 3 offers, now wants to pay previously declined price. What can I do?

I have a customer who has used up all 3 offers on an item. They have now messaged me saying that they would like to buy it at our best price, which they initially declined, but ebay won't allow them to purchase/ make any more offers. Is there anything I can do to send them another offer?

They cannot make any more offers,  but they should still be able to press that Buy it Now, option.

Ah sorry I wasn't clear in my first message.
We had sent them a counteroffer and stated 'this is our best price' (a decent % off the Buy it Now price), they counter-offered lower and we declined. They now want to buy at the reduced price we offered in messages.
Hope this is clearer.

If it is for the item which does not have bids, you can amend that price to that agreed on, ask this buyer to bid, then go right of the item to More Actions and select End to Highest Bidder.

A couple of tips, make sure the buyer is on line to bid or someonme else may jump in, and manage all this on a laptop / PC / browser but not IE, and preferably not the ebay app, it's a hopeless thing!

Watch out for a scammer. Signed For is not apropriate for GOLD,if you want to be covered you use Special Delivery.

If item lost or damaged you have to refund the buyer, but you woud get nothing from Royal Mail.

Scammers look for sellers who  show ignorance of the postal system and don't protect themselves as they think they have a good chance of getting a Freebie.
