Can't find dispatch date

Hello,

Where can I find the date I marked an item as dispatched? I have a buyer saying he hasn't received it.

Simple enough if you use the seller hub, but the old site does not seem to have this info.

However you know the date sold, the date paid and our posting time, so it should not be difficult toworkout, BUT unless you have a Proof Of Posting then hardly worth the bother.

Buyer opens a Not Received Case, unless you have tracking proving delivery then you have to refund. A proof of postage is only of use to make a claim on Royal Mail, it is not a proof of delivery which is all ebay are interested in.

On your ebay Orders page, and on your Proof of Posting receipt.

If you no longer have the POP receipt, note that they should be kept for 13 months, in the event of an Unauthorised Account Use claim. UAU claims can be made for up to 13 months, as many folk only receive their bank and card statements annually. A POP receipt proving dispatch to the address on the PayPal payment confirmation email is the ONLY thing a payment processor will accept for such a claim.
