Can't access T&T info for RM parcels from one post office, others fine

New one on me this in all the years etc. Sent x10 parcels T&T from a post office on 16 June. Customer tells me one hasn't arrived yet. Go to check and find I can't access T&T number as permanenetly says "unable to confirm status of your item please try again later". On checking further I realise I can't access any of the 10 numbers from that post office although accessing numbers from other POs before and after is fine. So I try a live chat which doesn't answer any of my polite questions and just keeps repeating I can claim after 15 days (says 10 days on the T&T site). Eventually she just cut me off. Presume it's a glitch in the system with that individual post office. Just wondering if anyone has had similar experience? Luckily this particular item is of a value where I can refund without too much heartache but it might have been a different story. And it makes a nonsense of using the "service" and keying in all info in good faith etc. Any value in talking to the Post Office in question do you think...not so much about this specific package but about whether I can risk using them for t&t  in future?

Surely it is something to be raised with Royal Mail itself.

 

If you have to refund likewise your proof of posting can be used to claim on Royal Mail as if does not show as delivered then you can claim a refund from them. Not proving delivery works both ways and if you have proof of posting using T & T and it is not showing on the system surely RM would be interested in why this can happen.
