CAN A MEMBER REPORT YOU TO EBAY BECAUSE THEY THINK YOUR POSTAGE CHARGES ARE HIGH

I got another mad man hassling me! 2nd one this week. Are they so bored already they got nothing better to do than complain about something tiny in this current situation we are living in ??!??!?!?!?

I am being told that I am greedy, a conman and liar because I have higher postage price at the moment.  I have put it up to cover the cost of posting via hermes and yes my postage has added cost such as packing materials and printer ink, what is wrong with that ?   My average item only costs £2.00 and sometimes I let them go for 99p.......

This member has said that they are going to report me to ebay as i have high postage cost.

Can he do this ???   and what will ebay do ?

I did reply with a polite message explaining why my cost had gone up.     He thinks because it is a small £2 item (plastic figures/soldiers) I should post it as large letter cost.   As I am using Hermes collection it cost £3.45 cheapest, then I add a bit on for my costs.  

If people dont like it , why do they not just look elsewhere instead of ruining my day complaining ?

Am I in the wrong, or not ?

Your P&P is excessive....there is no doubt about that......you could buy your post labels from eBay for Royal Mail large letter....you could then simply drop through the postbox.....they carry 2D tracking so scan through the network........you may not have a postage receipt but would have a tracking number auto uploaded by eBay

Your buyers cannot report you BUT they can leave low DSR scores for P&P charges

My neighbour is self isolating (they are still going out for exercise away from shops etc) they use eBay......when they sell they let me know & I simply collect from their doorstep & pop them in the post box on their behalf
