Buyer wants to return item so is send to my return request.

Buyer open return request before accept I want to send message but after pressing send request been accepted and message is gone is that normal or system problem iam done this on my phone application any suggestion

You don't say the reason for return! Your no returns only obliges you to accept NOT AS DESCRIBED returns, change of mind returns you can decline but it seems that you have accepted the return.

The reason for return affects who has to pay for the return postage.
