Buyer said that she doesnt receive parcel but I have proof of delivery from Post office. What should I do?

Unfortunately if in tracking it shows delivered, and still buyer says she hasn't recieved than it is probably lost.

it happens to me 3 times.

If you refund the buyer, than you can claim the small compensation amount from Royal mail, through thier website.

RM won't pay out as they can prove delivery.
Ebay won't make seller refund either.

Tracking proves delivery, so Royal Mail obviously won't pay out. Under these circumstances, the buyer has to to lodge a claim with the carrier, not the seller.

Yes, but seller can claim £50 compensation on 1st class signed for parcels
from RM.
You just need to provide proof of dispatch ( post office receipt) and
refund transaction from PayPal or bank.

Why would RM pay compensation when they proved delivery?

It will come under lost item, as seller will have proof of refund to the
buyer.

I've done it 3 times, as buyer said they didn't recieved the item but
tracking shows delivered. So you just refund full amount and provide RM all
the proofs.
