I sold two German Badges and posted them off by 1st class signed for mail. After 8 days they had not arrived and so I made full refund to the buyer. Later the same day, the badges were delivered and I have asked thje buyer to refund me the payment for the badges. Despite numerous requests and two pay pal invoices, he has refused to make any payment so in consequence, he now has the badges and a refunded payment. E bay have been no help. Any suggestions please.
Did your buyer open a non delivery claim with eBay and was the refund made through the claim.
If they did at least you have a bit more proof about the refund.
Have you been informed by the purhaser that they have received and signed for them or are you accepting the info fro. the RM site.
