Buyer purchased one of 4 options on a multilisting that required her to choose an option from a drop down box
On receiving the item she claims she thought the listing was for all four items & that my listing title was not clear.
I'm happy to accept the return as a business seller but not pay return postage. However her 'as not described' case means I have to pay postage.
What are my options for rectifying this - eBay aren't taking calls right now
You really don't have any options, except to use the report a buyer, for abusing the returns system, in the feedback section.
Even if you could contact ebay, I doubt they would do anything and if they agreed with you, that does not mean that it would prevent the Automatic process of the return, and if you do not deal with it, you would pay the selling fee and get a defect. Not fair but that is the way it usually works out.
what was the item?
I can't see any multi item listings in your sold history
