Buyer has won auction but no longer wants item. is asking for adjusted payment

Hi

I had a Buyer win an auction for an item for 99p but no longer wants the item. They have messaged me as follows:

"I've realised that I don't need this after all. I'm happy to pay the cost of the purchase but don't need you to send it to me as I don't want it.

Are you happy to accept an adjusted 99p payment because I don't need it to be posted.

Really sorry to mess you around."

Do I just send them an amended invoice?  and what do I do whan it asks me to disoach the item?

Thanks

Just Cancel the Sale from the More Actions Drop Down Box to the right of the Sold Item. Select "Buyer Requested Cancellation." Your Seller Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account. You can then Relist.

Too much aggravation accepting the 99p. After ebay and Paypal Charges you would get about 55p and then buyer could change their mind and open a not received case.

Simpler to just cancel and get the selling fee refunded.

Just cancel the sale choosing buyer change of mind as the reason and leave it at that.
