I contacted someone a few weeks ago and got helpful advice from Sean and Mark. Upon inspection of the keyboard, it looks like it has been mishandled. Do I still have to give the buyer a refund? So upsetting. They are claiming that it was damaged in the post.
If it has been done through the resolution centre dispute and you have the item back then you need to refund
If you dont and the buyer escalates the dispute then you will be forced to refund and you would end up paying the fees and a defect on your account.
If it was damaged in the post then you could try claiming of the courier or RM
There are many items that are not covered
