BUYER WON BID AND ASKS TO KEEP THE PRODUCT

Hello to the whole community!

Last week a buyer won a bid but didn't rush to pay. Obviously I sent him a payment reminder after a day, and then a message asking him if he needs the item or not. He then replied if I could keep the item for him because he'll pay later but never mentioned when. Did you go through something similar? What would you recommend? I agreed to keep the product but for how long? After keeping the product for a week can he change his mind for not purchasing anymore?

Add buyer to your blocked bidders list and set your buyer preferences to Block Bidders with two or more unpaid strikes.

 

You have paid a selling fee, until you complete an unpaid case you will not get it refunded.
