Can't seem to find any costing to this new scheme they are bringing in, anyone help.
Hi,
Had a lengthy discussion with eBay customer service, and reading the pricing info, eBay will charge 0.30p per transation for managing payments (compulsory for all eBay sellers when rolled out, business users and personal sellers). This for me is an 80% increase on the fees I currenlty pay for Paypal's account and services. Paypal offer me banking facilities, mostly for transferring money when and where I want to, & paying safely inline. eBay's managed payments is merely paying the money through to my personal account. So I'm looking for other online sales outlets.
not everyone has been given access to the fees,
if you are one of the 'chosen' you can use this link:-

if you don't see the new fees you haven't been chosen yet!
Don't think they have been given yet, while it won't affect me initially I have read what little information has been given so that I am aware of what will be happening and what it will cost.
Paypal fees I assume will continue as before but what happens when ebay holds the money I hate to guess. I doubt it will be free and surely must lead to be Ebay being regulated, if so not before time.
