Another seller has been stealing my sales on my product so how do i get them back?

I have been selling an item which was selling really well for me as i got over 70 sales on it but then another seller started sellig the same product.

he is more expensive then me and i have got over twice as many sales on it as him but he is still getting more sales then me. Please help me get back on top with this item

This item was going really well but i dont know why he has taken my sales and why buyers buy from him rather than me

Your returns section states NO RETURNS IF SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA. 

This could be one of your problems.

Their based in China, so that`s confusing.

buyers don't like 'private' listings, they think they are hiding dodgy dealing

stop using the 'private' option,

you aren't selling anything that warrants using it

We are members like you, there is nothing anyone can do to make someone buy from you and not from a competitor. Wedo not even know who this seller is but it is up to you to work out how his items are more attractive to buyers.

Perhaps he is paying to promote his items.

Looking at your delivery times, I would not buy with delivery in 2 to 3 months. In many cases you would be out of time to even get feedback.

Private Listings are also a turn Off.
