Another seller has been stealing my sales on my product so how do i get them back?

I have been selling an item which was selling really well for me as i got over 70 sales on it but then another seller started sellig the same product.

he is more expensive then me and i have got over twice as many sales on it as him but he is still getting more sales then me. Please help me get back on top with this item

This item was going really well but i dont know why he has taken my sales and why buyers buy from him rather than me

Just looked at one item, tyre inflator. 

Your returns section states NO RETURNS IF SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA. 

This could be one of your problems.
