on sellers account summary this new charge appears against every sold item.

You may also be able to see if you have a number of defects in your Seller Dashboard which could indicate you have problems.

Well ignorance was bliss!
Never heard of this until checking my account activity & finding these 4% rip off on every item I've sold this month!
Now I'm fuming 🤬

I Contacted ebay ..you need to go to seller hub ..then to performance ..then to seller analytics ..it will then show you how may item not described cases you have ..i had 9 in 475 items which i didnt think was high ..considering my account is deemed above standard and my feedback is very high..they said it doenst matter if the cases get ruled in your favour the fact is a dispute was opened in the first place so it is deemed as a black mark against you.  It doenst matter if the case was opened in error ..I sell second hand clothes and poeple will say it is not as descibed so they can send it backa and i have to send a return postage label ..they will say it isnot as described as it is a size 12 and they cant get into it....so its not fair..i disputed it with ebay and they took the charge of my account and said it was an error..they may put it back on nextx month ..but for mow it is off my account...hope you get some success with it
