AD Fee charged by mistake

I have been charged an ad fee even though I ended the promotion before the sale!

Any one else had this problem?

Where do we start. 

Advertising Cick and Collect but the Argos stand alone stores are closed. 

Listing offering other items for sale and asking buyers to make contact. 

Listing offering numerous new items but only registered as a private seller.. 

I would normally suggest contacting eBay but I think your current trading position makes that a risky thing to do.

Don't understand what you mean by Ad Fee.

Perhaps ebay have realised that you are selling illegally and need to Register as a Business Seller, before you fall into trouble with Trading Standards.

AD Fee is charged when you sell an item when you promote a listing.i cancelled promotion - then the item sold and still charged the ad fee.

Ebay never credit advanced listing fees or promotion fees when a listing is ended, even if you end the promotion.

I have ended the promotion on other items before,then they have sold and I haven't been charged the ad fee.But not this time.Can't understand it.
