Hi all was wondering if anyone can help - ive been on online chat for over 1 hour and they really have no idea what they are doing.
For some reason when i go to check my performance metrics the place that shows how many listings are getting the 10% fee discount and its showing 0 -- im quite sure we have always been getting it but it must have stopped recently and i havent noticed.
I have looked at all the conditions and we meet them but still no listing showing as eligible
Can someone please help us

where are you seeing the 'zero eligible'?
I've checked a few of your listings and they are all showing the premium service badge
