variation button missing

hello, im a new seller on ebay app, and i am trying to sell something with variations, different shades and colors, but it doesn t show the *create variations* button... please help

Hi @mihaela08, thanks for your post.

To list multiple items in the same listing, you will need to create new listing (existing listings cannot be changed to multi-variations) and select the `Buy it now` format. If category is eligible for variations, the option will become available.

This can be done via a PC or laptop browser, or via a mobile device browser.
