How do I send an ofeer for cheaper than I am selling to person who is watching?

Thank you for your post.

Firstly make sure best offer option is available on your listing. Then select which listing you want to make the offer on and in the action tab select send offer. Here you can choose the price and a message to the buyer and then send offer.
