Where do I input the collection code ?

I am back with ebay after a long gap.  Where do I input the collection code the buyer has given to me?  I tried scanning the QR code but the link did not open.  Searched all over the app and the desktop site but cannot find where to add the six digits.

 I believe you find it in View Order Details and numbers can be entered manually there.

Personally,  when the buyer comes to collect I would do this when they are still with you to ensure it works correctly,  as it's your only proof the item was collected .

I did try but as I mentioned the QR scan didn't work.  I took a photo of her phone screen thinking I could use the desk top.  Finding this so frustrating!

Does it not allow you to enter the numbers manually with a desktop.

If you're trying to enter the numbers now, do I understand the buyer has already collected the item ?
