Using a sold item as a template.

I’ve been selling on eBay for over 25 years. I always use one of my sold items as a template for listing new items. I mainly sell vinyl records so the template is useful for just amending details. Over the last couple of days I’ve found that using another item as a template isn’t working. The whole process seems to freeze. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be ? Thanks.

Are you clicking on the " sell similar" option? Is this what is freezing for you? Can you try clearing your recent cache and cookies, sign out and back in again and try again.

Thanks Kat. I use ‘sell similar item’ and the item appears but I have a problem deleting/overwriting what needs amending.

I’ll clear down, as you say, and see what happens.
