"We’re reaching out to inform you about selling to buyers in the United States through the Global Shipping Programme. Currently, your listings may not be available to US buyers if they’re missing the country of manufacture (also known as the country of origin). To ensure your items are visible to millions of US buyers, we recommend updating this information as soon as possible."
So is there a way to bulk edit this item specific? Or do we need to go through each auction individually?

Nevermind, I figured it out.
Manage Active Listings in Seller Hub then select the listings you want to edit then click on Edit at the top of the table and choose Edit Selected.

What happens when the item has multiple countries of manufacture (one bit made in one country, one bit in another etc)?

In that regard I have been advised to do either
1. Country where item was assembled
2. Country which supplied majority of parts

I am just scheduling some listing's but the country of manufacture will not save. I go back and click edit listing and the country of manufacture is blank even though I have selected the country and saved the listing. Is there a way to fix this?
Also, will there be an option to charge customers the tariff? I am currently paying the tariff when I print a label through Royal Mail, but it is getting very expensive.

Hi @weaverfashion ,
Thank you for your post.
We have received further reports this morning that when trying to update country of manufacture on listings it is not updating. A ticket has been logged with our tech team who are working on resolving it.
Thank you,
Kat

Are you doing this as a bulk edit or just single? If its single then ignore the country of origin in the item specifics and scroll down, within all your postage stuff there should be an option there for country of origin which actually sticks the first time unlike in item specifics which you need to select 5 or 6 times. It seems when they added the second place to add it they messed up the item specifics box.
No idea why the Wizz kids within eBay seem to make so many mistakes and it takes them so long to fix things yet they are forever changing things that are not broken.

It's not the one in item specifics, that works ok. The one lower down among the postage options is not sticking. I am trying to do it individually.

It was the other way round for me yesterday, item specifics wouldn't stick but if i done it via the option within postage it worked and subsequently stuck in item specifics thanks to that one.

I heard from ebay that others are having the same problem. Fingers crossed it gets fixed soon.

I just use the one within postage and it works fine but I can imagine in 2 weeks when they have fixed the item specifics part the system wont recognise that I've got a country selected and I wont be able to ship to USA.
