Editing photos. Have eBay removed the option to touch up images?

This very handy editing tool appears to have been removed from both Ipad and Desktop. The background whitening is still in place but the after tool has vanished.

Hover over photo and click on the pencil icon that comes up.

Thank you. Yes, that comes up as normal but it is missing the "Rubber" and "Paint" ....the standard are there Rotate, Sharpen, etc but the two used to touch up the image have been removed.

I Know its ebay, but why would you want to 'touch up' images?

wouldn't it more appropriate to perform that task when you take the image from the item you are planning to sell?

All Scanners / Photo devices have editing functions.

It was to remove the white background where the AI background removeable bot had missed. 

eBay's new AI background removable bot is x10 better. This is why they removed it. (I'll answer my own question)
