Totally shocking how bad it has become, first you have to get past a chat bot that is just not fit for purpose. Doesn't have many auto options but does not undestand anything you type either.
So once you have played tennis with that terrible bot after about 10 mins, got to the chat transferred between 9 people to then be put back to the chat bot. Not even joking.
What an utter disgrace it has become and thats from a Top Rated Seller. Who is your robot powered by because it is beyond rubbish.
