unfair feedback

Buyer left negative feedback as soon as I sent refund which was initiated within ebay timeline and procedure. unfortunately plants nipped by cold weather, thus became unsaleable and delisted. What else was I supposed to do in this instance? Buyer left unreasonable and vindictive message, would be interested in opinions of other buyers reading this. How do I ask Ebay to review this feedback? thanks all.

It's worth checking the "Left for others" on the buyer's feedback page.   If they've left a lot of neg f/b that might support your application for removal.
