subscription to the shop for private sellers

If I subscribe to the shop at the cost of £19.99 will I get 100 extra listings on top of usual 300 per month? Is it worth subscribing to the shop beyond those extra 100 listings?

Would it not be better to ask Ebay , if someone says you will and that is not correct what are you able to do about it .

As a buyer, I would look at a Private Seller with a Shop with extreme suspicion and distrust.

It’s just eBay terminology though. I get what you are angling at, but a music collector for example may find a shop worthwhile if they have a large collection they are selling off to maybe categorise by genre or something.

it’s not likely to be beneficial for many genuine private sellers, but if they want to shell out, why not?

I'm a collector of certain items - and have too large a collection accordingly to the rest of the family - but there are collections and there are collections.

I'd be prepared to be surprised if a genuine private seller would think of / consider the route of a shop.

Especially when they’re selling new other or new items

Flipping sick of business sellers acting as private sellers.
just spotted one I am selling Daisy charm earrings. So off I went to see what others are pricing them off at.
spotted this she says she’s doing it as a hobby and not as a business - until I spotted this-  This is not my full-time job. It is a hobby. So please be kind. This page is purely for selling crafts and using charms, which I haven't sold in my Etsy store or at craft fairs

She definitely is a business.

Hi. Report to who.
Certainly not eBay ,they could not care as long as they are making money even if you choose seller is avoiding fees as a reason ,nothing is done .

It has to be HMRC or Trading standards
