removed listing

We had to remove one or more of your listings for not following our  Prescription and over-the-counter drugs policy. We understand that this must be frustrating. But don’t worry — we’re here to help!

What happened

Prescription drugs, or drugs containing prescription-strength medication, are not allowed.

You listed a product with labeling which is not in English. While we appreciate that you've chosen to utilize our site, we must ask that you please not relist in this case.
Your listing did not have any images of the ingredient list for the product that you were selling, did not provide high enough quality photos to confirm the details, or did not provide a list of ingredients in the description. We appreciate that you chose to utilize our site and you are welcome to relist as long as you include an image of the ingredients.

What this means for you

You can remain focused on your business. To protect you, we removed listings that didn't follow this policy. - We have credited any associated fees, except for transaction fees for your sold listing(s).

Because you may not have been aware of this policy, we're sending this notice to educate you about it.

These listings are still in your Active Listings folder in My eBay and Seller Hub so you can view them. However, new buyers can't purchase them, shoppers can't see them, and you will not be charged additional listing fees for them. You can end them to move them out of Active Listings.

Listings that don't follow this policy in the future will be removed.

This determination was made by a customer service agent. This came to our attention because of a user report.

If Ebay has said that you can't sell them then that's final, you can't sell them. It doesn't mean someone has reported you, it may have just been picked up by AI from the category you had them listed in.

It's also worth noting that being a private seller did not help your case. If you are buying to sell, then you need to be registered as a business seller and follow consumer laws for selling online.

Following on from the good advice given, Business Sellers are better able to sell drugs and suppliments than Private ones.

And that could also apply to selling 100's of items of brand new cosmetics.
