listings after restrictions - where are they?

For the first time I had a restriction on my personal ebay account. I had no idea what was happening but they started de-listing some of my listings and marking them as unsold I think. I saw them going but assumed they would be put into a folder so I can relist them once the restriction had lifted but they seem to be gone? I called ebay and they said they have been deleted. If this is the case, this is awful as now I have no idea what items are listed and what aren't and will have to take all the photos and do all listings again. Has anyone else had this happen? Please tell me there is a quick way of getting them back or finding them or I'll want to scream. Ebay help haven't been very helpful..Thanks

If the listings were removed for policy violations you won't be able to relist them, but will unfortunately have to set them up again from scratch.

Were you told why your listings were removed?  You still have several listings that do not conform to eBay policies and these could still be removed.

If you simply set the removed listings up as before without amending the listing to remove the policy violations not only will they be probably removed again but you could face a more severe restriction or even a permanent suspension from selling.
