I am not going to list anything else until l can send an invoice.    I always refund postage if buyers over pay postage.    

With The Buyers Fee it is making it expensive for buyer when they are buying 50p items.

if l invoice (hopefully in the future, very soon) for multiple items is Buyer Fee cheaper?    Does it go on the total sales or each item?    I haven’t got my head round these changes yet!!!

You won't be able to send an invoice for combined purchases and remove the 4% + 75p buyer protection fee that will be added to each item, if that's what you're looking at doing. 

When you issue an invoice, the only price that can be changed is the postage price.

I agree,  the only way to reduce the BPF is to list the individual items as a single 'item' on one listing.
