ebay are estimating delivery as "Estimated between Tue, 17 Jun and Tue, 24 Jun"
Thats over a month away - WHY?
I am set up to use Royal Mail Tracked 48 with 5 working days handling time.
How can I fix the estimated delivery date? Id expect it to show around 24-26 May.

update i tried changing the handling times and keeping tracked 48
the esimated delviery date changes as follows:
same working day = 17-22 May
1 working day = 17-22 May
2 working days = 27 May - 3 June
3 working days = 3rd June - 10th June
4 working days = 10th June - 17th June
5 working days = 17th June - 24th June
This looks like an ebay software bug - is there anyway to report it?

I'm seeing Saturday 17th May - Tuesday 22nd May on your listings which would be correct.
When you look at the estimate you are seeing where does eBay think the delivery is going to? If you're looking on the listing it will state "Estimated between <date> and <date> to <postcode or country>". Have you inadvertently changed the delivery country? If you do this in a drop-down menu it becomes a "sticky" choice you need to manually revert back.

Yes if you see my update in this thread - I found that changing the handling time down to 1 working day fixed the problem - it seems that ebay platform has a bug when selecting 2 more handling days which I would like to report.
I can live with 1 working day handling time so I updated my listings to 1 working day.

I hadn't seen your update but I don't believe it is a bug. Working days don't include weekends or Bank Holidays (26th May is a Bank Holiday). Royal Mail always goes screwy for about a week during a Bank Holiday so it seems eBay are taking that into consideration.
Actually this is annoying because it suggests eBay does not hold themselves to the same near-impossible standards as they hold business sellers to. However, that is an argument for another thread.
