has eBay the rights to withhold my money

eBay is withholding all my payments because I have not given them my NI...do they have the right to withhold money earned by me?

Afraid so. Its easy enough but it's not clear what happens to your number if you ever decide to close your account.

Best to do your own research if your unsure.
