funds on hold

Hi,

I'm looking for help with funds being held after the buyer has received the item.
my listing was originally for pick up only with cash but the bidder who won wanted to arrange a courier with Royale Mail, he arranged the courier and i got the tracking number but the only option that i saw from eBay was 'mark as picked up' so i clicked that as it was shipped. but it's been a few days and it still says my funds are still on hold until they confirm that the buyer is happy. What should i do to receive my funds and stop them from being held?

Unless you get Cash on collection, (or personal delivery) there is little you can do to speed up the payment by any other means ... As a Returning Seller, payments are liable to a 14 days +  eBay Hold  ...

On Cash payment, Seller needs to return to the sold item and mark/confirm as paid and despatched in dropdown menu on right hand side ... see >
