feeback change ?

Seems the feedback page has changed......

Just trying to leave feedback for a seller  and it's asking me to ''rate the product out of 5 stars''. The item is a tube of construction adhesive. How am I supposed to rate it when it wont be used for possibly some time ?

Feedback is supposed to be for the service provided.... delivery, comms etc. Rating a product is  a separate issue but it seems now we're unable to leave feedback for customer service ??

Yes, there is a newer optional rating the product that appears first. Usually I skip it entirely. The regular DSR ratings are just below.

Thanks, but on my page there is no option to skip, and the regular DSR ratings have disappeared. All I've got is product rating. This is both working on a laptop and android phone
