Collection only items

Hello. I've sold an item that is payment on collection. It is asking me for tracking information. I'm confused by this. I have never sold an item as collection before so unsure of the process. I've read about a collection code. Is this what will be input into the tracking information? I wasn't sure as the tracking information states its to help the buyer? Thanks for any help

Payment on collection is no longer allowed. Your buyer needs to pay and then they will receive a collection code which you can input when they collect.

If it's the motor cycle, cash is allowed on collection or bank transfer. 

They cannot pay for this at eBay checkout.

I just saw that it was a motorcycle which has different rules!
