evri claim for lost my parcel

hi! please what I can do if evri lost my parcel, they send me a link for claim but that link isn't working!

and then I starting chat with a bot it says only "we have technical issue try again later" .... I keep trying second day and nothing.. plz help!)

How did you buy the label? 

Was it through Packlink or direct from the Evri website?

Evri or packlink? Tbh I really only use Evri/Inpost/Yodel through packlink cuz getting compensation is painless. Hassle to get it back directly from any of them.

I see it now (( never ever will do it again....and it was first time then they lost my parcel.

Its no secret i'm an evri courier as i do talk about it a lot on here and my personal advice atm is only send evri if its next day as their pay cuts are causing big problems with walkouts etc. I buy through packlink. 3 of my evri packets been at the hub for 2 weeks. I just claimed on them all. That said, inpost have lost 3 as well. Again tho, through packlink its painless to claim back.
