ebay账号受限

新账号注册下来了，但是最后一步申请企业入驻，一直显示账号受限，人工客服一直找不到，手机号码没有错，但是一直收到邮件说联系不上，很急，大半个月了，请问有谁知道ebay客服电话，十分感谢！

The message translates to - 

A new account has been registered, but at the final step of applying for a business account, it keeps showing that the account is restricted. I can't reach any customer service, the phone number is correct, but I keep receiving emails saying they can't be contacted. It's very urgent, it's been more than half a month. Does anyone know eBay's customer service number? Thank you very much!
