eBay new policy

21 years with eBay and now this:

I sold an item on 30th March … delivered 2nd April … payment due 4th April.

It never reached my account and on contacting eBay today (4th)  they said the two items sold since that item sold they have decided to take the postage cost out of that.
so item sold on 2nd April …. delivered 4th April … payment due 6th April.

I’m now told that I will receive some of that on the 6th but will receive all of the last item sold today WHEN it’s been delivered. The payment due is not pence but a large amount.

I asked what if the last item is lost and reply was I would need to wait 15 days before I can get what I’m entitled to.

Now my grievance is that I had a contract to sell my first item and fulfilled that obligation BUT eBay decide THEY will send it when they decide!!!!
Plus they charge the buyer this new system so they have all my payment plus his g’tee and still hold what I’m entitled to for what could be anything up to 15 days absolutely disgusting.

Those are the new rules under the new Buyer Protection Fees.

Tracking showing delivery payout is received 2 days after that delivery date.

No tracking?  Payout is held for 14 days.

Any postage purchased through eBay is taken out of any available funds showing, ending funds can also be used to pay for postage.
