best way to sell digital item

quick question. 

i spoken to an ebay representative regarding selling digital items and they told me i have to change the delivery method to collection. but with collection will my ads still how up globally or only united kingdom ? 

also last question would you recommend me to change to a business account going forward ?

If you're selling digitally delivered items you need to operate on an eBay business account.

Many digitally delivered items can't be sold on eBay, or need to be sold in Classified Ad format, the eBay guidance page I've linked to below shows what items can be listed and how to list them:

You should be aware that scammers trawl listings looking for digitally items, buy them, and then issue a chargeback. This lands the seller with a £16 fee as well as having to refund.
