Withdraw funds

I see quitea few posts on withdrawing funds from sales, but no answers!  I have looked and looked butfor the life of me I cant see it - I must be stupid (don't answer that!).

I don't sell a lot, ie a private seller, A buyer collected the goods & gave me a 6 digit no. I can se ethat I have the funds available on ebay, but no where can I  find a "withdraw" option.

Hi robmar0se, thanks for your post.

Just wanted to confirm with you that this is resolved or if the link one of our mentors above provided worked for you? I've just checked and I can see the button to withdraw there, and no funds are being held either.
